Bachelor of Arts in Psychology – Organizational Psychology Degree
Organizational psychology is involved primarily with human behavior in work settings. The Organizational Psychology degree at CBU is designed to help students apply the principles and science of psychology to human resources development and management, focusing on the psychology of organizations, motivation and supervision, employee selection and development, legal considerations, evaluation, and organizational development.
The program can help prepare you for positions in human resource development. Upon completion of your degree, you may choose to pursue positions in a variety of industries in the public and private sectors. Many graduates choose to pursue advanced degrees in psychology or counseling or complete certification in human resources management.
