CareerLinX by Symplicity is CBU’s on-line recruitment system that connects our students and alumni with employment and recruiters

CareerLinX for students CareerLinX for employers

CareerLinX for Students:
Allows students and alumni to post resumes, cover letters, and other professional documents; resumes can also be posted directly for available positions. Candidates can also browse employment opportunities posted by recruiters for which they may qualify.

CareerLinX for Employers:
Allows recruiters to post job opportunities (full-time, part-time, internships, co-ops, and more) and make them directly available to CBU students and alumni, while also being able to search for available resumes of those applicants who may qualify.

Additionally, there are several employers that notify us via email of opportunities that are available at their various company websites. Several of these company sites are linked from the CareerLinX account home page.  Some of these companies will post positions through CareerLinX, while some will only be listed on the various company sites. NACE Salary Calculator

The National Association Of Colleges & Employers offers a free Salary Calculator for students and alumni. Based on the specific criteria that you provide (degree, region, experience, etc.), the Salary Calculator will give you a current average offer in your market.
