Danny Barulli is currently a Program Manager at FedEx TechConnect. He is implementing a Contact Center that will provide hardware and software repairs for customers. Leveraging the existing logistic networks for shipping and packaging, FedEx TechConnect will provide a unique service for personal electronic devices. Danny graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1988 with a BS in Aerospace Engineering, from Harding Theological Seminary in 1998 with a Master of Divinity and Christian Brothers University in 2004 with a Master of Engineering Management. He is an adjunct professor at Mid-South Christian College and serves as an elder at his home church in Southaven, MS. He has been married for over 21 years to his wife Wendy and together they have four children.

Jeanice Hayslett is Process Information Manager Consultant at International Paper in the Global Supply Chain Deliver/Mfg process area. She focuses her efforts on standardizing and simplifying the overall IT application portfolio in the Deliver/Mfg area to translate partner strategies and opportunities into IT projects, for process improvements, new or enhanced functionality and other cost reduction projects to support IP’s business. Jeanice has earned her Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and Masters of Engineering Management from Christian Brothers University.

Dr. Jackson, Professor Emeritus, was Professor of Engineering Management and Director of the Graduate Engineering Programs at Christian Brothers University until his retirement in 2011. He received his Ph.D. in Production and Operations Management from the University of Mississippi. In his academic career of over twenty years, he has held both administrative and teaching positions. Dr. Jackson also has twelve years of experience in manufacturing and production management. He was a production supervisor in machining at the International Harvester Company – Memphis Plant, a production manager for Quartrol Corporation in Birmingham, AL, and a quality assurance manager for Layne and Bowler, Inc., in Memphis.
