Two information meetings for the study abroad trip to Barcelona over Spring Break will be held on Wednesday (October 10) at 12:30 and 1:00 p.m. in Buckman 357. Courses offered will be in Economics, taught by Pat Papachristou, and Global Studies, taught by Mary Burns. Additional courses may be added later. Sights will include the art and architecture of Picasso, Dali, Gaudi, and Miro along with the grand boulevards, the historic Bari Gothic alleys, the Mediterranean seaside promenade, and the teeming market place. A day trip to the historic village of Figueres, Spain, and the ancient walled city of Carcassonne, France is also included. More info at the Study Abroad website.
