Christian Brothers University offers a mouth-watering variety of on-campus dining options for its students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Alfonso Dining Hall

Located on the upper level of the Thomas Center, Alfonso Dining Hall offers cafe entrees and side dishes, a grill line, soup & salad bar, deli bar, wrap station, pasta station, pizza bar, and dessert bar in a newly-redecorated, all-you-can-eat cafeteria setting.

Breakfast 7:30 - 10:00 a.m.
Continental 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Lunch 11:00 - 1:30 p.m.
Salad & Sandwich 1:30 - 4:30 p.m.
Dinner 4:30 - 7:00 p.m.(Friday at 6:30 p.m.)

Saturday - Sunday
Brunch 10:45 - 1:30 p.m.
Salad & Sandwich 1:30 - 4:30 p.m.
Dinner 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.

BUC Snack– Bar

Located on the lower level of the Thomas Center, the Buccaneer Grill serves up burgers and grilled sandwiches, deli sandwiches, salads, sushi, snacks and sweets in a casual atmosphere. The perfect campus hangout, open all day with booths, bar stools, and outdoor seating.

7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. (Friday at 2:30 p.m.)

Canale Cafe

Located in De La Salle Hall in the lobby of Canale Arena, the Canale Cafe proudly brews Starbucks coffee and offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, grill items, pastries, Tazo teas, and fruit smoothies. Complete with wi-fi and a quiet, informal vibe. Also open for games in the arena with popcorn, hot dogs, and other gametime goodies.

9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Friday closes at 2:30 p.m.)
