Master of Accountancy
Why Master of Accountancy?
You don’t have to have a Master’s Degree to be an accountant. However, if you are interested in:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and/or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification
- Increasing your salary potential
- Growing your professional network
The Master of Accountancy degree from CBU is for YOU.
The Master of Accountancy program courses are designed to provide valuable knowledge required to pass exams such as the ones required for Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and/or Certified Management Accountant certification. Such certification is not only recommended but also, it is often required for advanced accounting jobs.
If you intend to sit for the CPA exam, our program allows you to design your entire course of study with an exam preparation emphasis. You have the opportunity to take a CPA Review course to prepare you for the CPA exam prior to graduation.
An advanced accounting degree has a significant impact on your earning potential. Despite the fact that average salaries of accounting graduates straight out of college vary by region, graduates with experience, graduate degrees and certification(s) make much more:
