Additional Details

Generation Gap is a fitting name for this band, not only due to the wide age range of its members but also for the breadth of pop rock music in its repertoire — current tunes as well as music from the ’50s through the ’90s.

The band uses the tagline “Spread Positivity,” a favorite saying of founder 22-year-old CBU alum, Joseph Ferrante (’20). Influenced by Shawn Mendes, Bruno Mars, Aerosmith, Foo Fighters, Chuck Berry, Jimmy Eat World, The Beatles, Bon Jovi, The Jonas Brothers, and more, Generation Gap has been together for two years and recently released their newest single, “Dreaming it Worldwide,” on all music platforms in March of 2020.

The band includes founder-singer-songwriter-guitarist-and-keyboardist Joseph Ferrante (’20), drummer-vocalist Jason Dyer, bassist-vocalist Allen Gramlick, guitarist-vocalist Chris Twele (’91), and guitarist-vocalist Eddy Campbell.

A CBU ID is required, and picnic blankets and folding chairs are encouraged! Social distancing and mask wearing will be strictly enforced.
