Sunday Mass
Sep
29
The celebration of the Eucharist, especially on Sunday, is the source and summit of the Christian life. Encountering Jesus in Word and Sacrament at Mass fuels us to make it through the week and share God’s love with others.
Additional Details
Catholics believe that the Eucharist is literally the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. To receive Holy Communion at a Catholic Mass means that one assents to all the teachings of the Catholic Church, including the Real Presence of Jesus in what appears to be bread and wine. For that reason, only Catholics who are in a state of grace may receive the Blessed Sacrament. Please do not let that discourage you from attending — all are invited to participate
