Transfer
CBU is uniquely committed to the personal development of all students, including students who transfer into our community.
Maybe you changed your mind or found yourself in an uncomfortable situation. Maybe you simply need to finish your degree after being out of school for a while. The reason you’re transferring isn’t important. We make it our business to help students at whatever point in their educational career that they choose to attend CBU. Our individualized approach takes a look at your academic plan and how it fits into the CBU curriculum, allowing you to feel at ease during the tumultuous task of transferring.

The Tennessee Transfer Pathway (TTP) system is a statewide initiative designed to help community college students make a smooth transition into university degree programs while confirming that community college courses meet major University preparation requirements. Students taking classes at community colleges in TN can choose from a number of participating AA or AS degrees and take the specific courses listed for that program. After completing the AA or AS degree, students can transfer to Christian Brothers University and be assured all credits will be accepted by the University.
CBU is now offering the following pathways:
- Art (Studio)
- Biology
- Business Administration
- Chemistry
- Computer Science
- English
- History
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Pre-Clinical Laboratory Science
- Pre-Health
