Any individual may be impacted by discrimination based on sex or gender-based harassment, or other sexual misconduct. All individuals are encouraged to report concerns immediately and to seek counseling, medical and advocacy support.
The majority of CBU employees are considered private employees, meaning they are required to report potential policy violations to the Title IX Coordinator.
Individuals who would like to learn more about their reporting options are encouraged to speak with a confidential employee who is not required to share identifying information with the Title IX Coordinator.
To learn more or report concerns, email titleix@cbu.edu.
