The Institute for Leadership Development (ILD) supports business leaders and organizations through innovative academic programs, one-on-one assessments, and coaching programs. We use proven, research-supported techniques we’ve learned through our academic-business partnerships.
Our vision is to be the premiere, single-source solution for all of your leadership development needs. We’ve made it our mission to inspire excellence in all leaders through our education, consulting, and coaching services.
I’m very proud to have been a part of your leadership program and I share my experience quite often. I lead a team of 12 and feel very well-suited for this leadership role. The most significant lesson: leadership is a mindset and an approach, not a title. The curriculum is designed to provide insight and perspective that translates directly to the workplace.
