Students in this course of study will learn the process of coordinating a team and its resources to successfully execute a specific task from start to finish. From planning activities to measuring progress and allocating resources, participants in this course will be responsible for identifying constraints and completing the task while respecting obstacles in their way. 

What You’ll Study

Project Management is a minor course of study in the CBU School of Business and requires 18 credit hours. You’ll take courses in:

  • Project Management Leadership 
  • Business Management
  • Logistics 
  • Information Technology Management

You will also complete a project management assignment or internship.
