NO SIGN-UP REQUIRED — JUST SHOW UP! Bring your insurance card; uninsured students will be covered by CBU.
In case you missed the student deadline, a vaccination at this clinic will count so you can re-enroll in your Spring classes! Just get your shot and fill out the form at www.cbu.edu/fluvaccine — no documentation will be required!
