Additional Details
PRIOR TO MOVE-IN
- Sign up for an arrival day and time.
- Submit flu vaccine information online at cbu.edu/fluvaccine.
- Settle your account with the Business Office.
- Obtain a COVID test.
- Bring printed copy of negative test in the last 7 days before arrival.
- OR positive result in last 90 days (you must have completed quarantine and be symptom free according to CDC guidelines and CBU policies.
DAY OF MOVE-IN
- Arrive at CBU within your assigned move-in time block.
- Due to COVID-19 measures, students must adhere to their arrival time and complete the COVID Assessment prior to arriving.
- Enter through the Central Avenue gate entrance.
- When arriving at the gate, all guests must remain in the vehicle(s) and will be required to participate in the following steps:
- Facial masks must be worn by all guests/students at all times.
- CBU security staff will utilize an infrared thermometer to take temperatures of all guests/students.
- Guests will each complete a brief health assessment.
- After clearing the security gate, students will proceed to the check-in station at the Cooper-Wilson Center lobby.
RESIDENCE HALL CHECK-IN
- After fully completing the check-in, students will receive their return packet and key.
- After completion of check-in, students should proceed to the Maurelian Gate to gain access to their residential facility.
