To change or reset your Active Directory (email) password, you must first log in to BannerWeb.

  1. After login, click the Personal Information link.
  2. Click the View or Change Your Active Directory/Email Information link.
  3. The screen will show your assigned CBU email address and Active Directory username. Take note of this information.
  4. Enter your CBU Student ID number.
  5. Enter a New Password. The New Password must be at least 10 characters.
  6. Click the Submit button.
