Changing Your Password

To change or reset your Active Directory (email) password, you must first log in to BannerWeb.
BannerWeb- After login, click the Personal Information link.
- Click the View or Change Your Active Directory/Email Information link.
- The screen will show your assigned CBU email address and Active Directory username. Take note of this information.
- Enter your CBU Student ID number.
- Enter a New Password. The New Password must be at least 10 characters.
- Click the Submit button.
