Capstone Apartments

The Capstone Apartments offer CBU students great amenities with all the convenience of living just steps away from class.

The Capstone Apartments include Pender Hall, O’Hara Hall and 170 Oakdale. These buildings offer four separate, single rooms with a bathroom shared between just two residents. A fully accessorized kitchen opens into a spacious living room which extends to an outdoor balcony.

Capstone Apartments Rooms

Each apartment contains:

  • Washer/dryer, refrigeration/icemaker, full size range, microwave, dishwasher, and built-in closets in each bedroom.
  • For security, each unit also contains a built-in security system, dead bolt locks, fire extinguisher, and privacy viewer in the front door.
