At CBU, you’ll never go hungry. We partner with Aramark Dining Services to bring you healthy and tasty dining options. You’ll never go wrong with Fried Chicken Mondays or a piece of the new vegan chocolate cake. Trust us, don’t let the healthy label fool you – it’s yummy!

A meal plan is required of all resident students. All meal plans allow you dining options to eat in Alfonso Dining Hall while offering additional BUC dollars to spend either in the Buc Snack Bar, Canale Cafe, or for extra meals in Alfonso Dining Hall. BUC Dollars roll over from Fall to Spring. Five guest meals are also included so you can be the big spender and treat everyone to dinner when your family comes to visit!

Dining Options & Meal Plans for Rozier, Maurelian, Stritch and LLC Residents:

All Access + $50 BUC

The All Access Plan allows you to eat unlimited meals in Alfonso. This plan is designed for those who like three square meals per day during the week – or more! Yes, you read that correctly, you can get two lunches if writing that history essay takes it out of you. Saturday and Sunday, Alfonso offers up just two meals – brunch and dinner – but let’s be honest, you weren’t planning to wake up at 6:00 am on Saturday anyway. On this plan, you will also have $50 applied to your BUC card each semester to spend as you wish in either the Buc, Canale Cafe, or you can treat friends and family to a meal at Alfonso.

Dining Options & Meal Plans for Capstone Residents:

All Access + $50 BUC

The All Access Plan allows you to eat unlimited meals in Alfonso. This plan is designed for those who like three square meals per day during the week – or more! Yes, you read that correctly, you can get two lunches if writing that history essay takes it out of you. Saturday and Sunday, Alfonso offers up just two meals – brunch and dinner – but let’s be honest, you weren’t planning to wake up at 6:00 am on Saturday anyway. On this plan, you will also have $50 applied to your BUC card each semester to spend as you wish in either the Buc, Canale Cafe, or you can treat friends and family to a meal at Alfonso.

100 Block + $200 BUC

This plan is designed for those students in the apartments who may cook some but who still like to enjoy a few meals each week without shopping, cooking or cleaning. You can eat any 100 meals per semester in Alfonso and have $200 on your BUC card to spend as you like in the Buc, Canale Cafe, or Alfonso.

The meal plan contract does not included meals during school breaks (Fall Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, or Easter). There are no meal plan contracts during the summer months.
