Students may not defer their participation to a future ceremony.

Only students completing coursework within the current academic year (December, May, or August) may walk in the graduation ceremony. You are considered to be “walking only” if you still have even ONE course or requirement to complete. As a graduating student, you have three business days after the official graduation date to remove any incomplete grades, send in any transcripts from other universities, or have a grade changed in order to be graduated for a particular graduation date. Once you have graduated, your cumulative graduating GPA is locked in and no grade changes can be made. Once you graduate , if you wish to continue taking courses at Christian Brothers University, you must go back through the appropriate Admissions office to reapply for admission into another program of study at CBU.
